ivybridge.farm doesn’t announce itself with sharp lines or loud gestures—it whispers through the rustle of leaves and the quiet pause of space. Designed by Sapras Architects & Engineers Pvt. Ltd., this hospitality project sits at the edge of the city, offering a gentle escape where nature leads and architecture respectfully follows.

What began as a vision for a short-stay Airbnb transformed into a living, breathing experience—a home for weekends, for solitude, for gathering, for reconnecting. The entire building was carefully wrapped around existing trees, not just to preserve them but to let them become part of the spatial narrative.
A footprint that disappears into the forest
Set on a 10,000 sq. ft. plot just beyond Raipur, the design keeps its footprint compact and intentional. The site itself is rich with natural presence, and the architects made a conscious choice to minimize intervention. The result is a retreat that is less about building and more about becoming—a structure that blends into the land and listens to it.
ivybridge.farm unfolds between a green entry and a quiet backyard complete with a pool and gazebo, all arranged to feel natural rather than imposed. The visual language is calm—pitched roofs, earthy materials, and soft contours—but the spatial planning is deeply thoughtful.

Where every corner tells a different story
Inside, ivybridge.farm becomes an experience of contrast and curiosity. Global design influences are layered subtly—antique sculptures share space with industrial edges, textures speak softly in the background, and the interiors feel lived in but curated.
Every area carries its own rhythm. From the living room that opens into the trees, to quiet nooks made for coffee or conversations, the design invites you to slow down and notice. This is not minimalism for its own sake—it’s about balance and breathing space.

Built by Sapras Architects & Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
Based in Raipur, Sapras Architects & Engineers are known for their deeply contextual and climate-conscious designs. Their work often focuses on bringing nature, people, and materials into harmony, using architecture as a medium for quiet transformation. At ivybridge.farm, that philosophy is crystal clear: the site is not altered to fit the design—the design adapts itself to the land.

This project reflects the studio’s commitment to sensitive building, thoughtful detailing, and experiential space-making, making it a standout example of modern hospitality grounded in natural calm.
ivybridge.farm isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a reminder that design doesn’t always need to dominate. Sometimes, the best spaces are the ones that simply stay out of nature’s way.
