Tucked away in a peaceful residential pocket of Panchkula, this minimalist yet expressive villa by Exubia Studio captures the essence of contemporary living—where wellness, privacy, and natural elements converge within an architectural narrative rooted in restraint.
The home opens inward, both literally and metaphorically. At the heart of the layout lies a serene courtyard anchored by a meditative fountain, visible from nearly every room. Wrapped by full-height openings and clean architectural lines, the space breathes with sunlight and natural ventilation, ensuring both energy efficiency and emotional calm.
But the design is not just about what’s inside—it’s about what it shields. Flanked by multi-storey neighboring residences, the home uses calculated façade placements to block views and buffer noise. Thoughtful materials like locally sourced Indian granite, textured plaster, and understated detailing offer timeless durability while reinforcing a quiet visual language.

The spatial organization supports flexible, family-oriented living. A seamless flow between the open-plan living-dining areas, multifunctional zones, and a tucked-away central courtyard allows moments of togetherness as well as solitude. The minimalist interiors, marked by a restrained material palette and handcrafted elements, are not about excess—they’re about experience.

This project reflects Exubia Studio’s design ethos: creating spaces that don’t shout, but speak—spaces where architecture enhances quality of life without overpowering it. Based in Chandigarh and founded in 2020 by architects Imaan Bhullar and Rachit Malhotra, Exubia Studio is known for its intuitive, user-centric design rooted in timeless detail and regional sensitivity. Their work spans architecture, interiors, and landscape—each project a response to the client’s emotional and functional needs.

This home is a quiet revolution in how we experience urban living—a perfect blend of openness, privacy, and grounded design.
