Kiona – Patio & Bar, designed by Spaces + Partners Architects, is a celebration of bold aesthetics, classical form, and Japanese philosophy reimagined in a modern hospitality setting. Spread across two thoughtfully crafted levels, this bar-lounge fuses the raw energy of nightlife with the serenity of design inspired by Kintsugi—the ancient art of embracing imperfections.
Located in a bustling corner of Delhi-NCR, the space instantly stands out for its use of Peach Fuzz—Pantone’s Color of the Year—which creates a glowing ambience that is warm, inviting, and mood-lifting. The designers curated each element with the intent to spark interaction—from Instagram-worthy walls to textures that invite you to pause and explore.

The ground floor sets the tone with sculptural accents, textured glass, and details that nod to the idea of “flawed beauty,” all tied together with pockets of greenery that bring softness to the strong design gestures. Moving up to the terrace, the layout opens into three defined zones, each with its own charm. A central sitting area under a stylized canopy becomes the showstopper—ideal for casual hangouts and intimate gatherings alike.
Visual storytelling continues through a statement highlight wall, textured backlit panels, and reflective surfaces that amplify the open-air experience. The entire design encourages movement, engagement, and exploration—making the rooftop feel more like a curated installation than a conventional bar.

Behind this striking execution is Spaces + Partners Architects, a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design firm led by Manoj Kumar Sharma, Abhishek Jain, and Nishtha Gupta. Known for their concept-led, experiential designs across hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors, the studio brings a blend of modern urban sensibility and timeless design thinking. Their approach to storytelling through spatial design has helped shape several memorable venues across India.

With Kiona, the firm once again showcases its ability to blend cultural references, modern materials, and user-centric planning into a cohesive, impactful environment. The space doesn’t just look good—it feels good. It’s an escape that balances vibrancy with grace, and drama with detail.
