Tucked away on the quiet outskirts of Indore, The TRIADS by EcoMind Studio redefines what it means to build in harmony with nature. What was once a humble 1.75-acre stretch of farmland is now an architectural retreat—one that balances form, function, and feeling through the powerful simplicity of an equilateral triangle.
The project, designed by Aman Sonel, stands as a testament to how thoughtful geometry can transcend aesthetics and serve as the very soul of a spatial experience.

A Triangle That Grounds You
Inspired by the fundamentals of geometry, minimalism, and ecology, The TRIADS uses the triangle not just as a shape but as a strategy. It dictates the orientation, movement, and spatial planning of the resort. The result? A symmetrical yet dynamic layout that instinctively guides visitors through interconnected spaces, each designed to soothe, shelter, and inspire.
Three triangular cottages are positioned around a lush central pool and green deck, while a fourth suite cottage, standing apart with a bold cantilevered roof, offers an added layer of privacy and intrigue.

Where Inside Meets Outside
Every cottage features an open-plan layout, merging the indoors with thoughtfully designed outdoor bathing areas that include Jacuzzis, showers, and natural landscaping. These green-edged zones blur the line between private and wild—offering guests a meditative sanctuary in every corner.
The entire experience is elevated by cast in situ benches, custom furniture, and a seamless integration of architectural and landscape design.

Sustainability in Every Layer
Constructed using Puf panels and a steel framework, the resort is a case study in lightweight, efficient building systems. A restrained palette of materials—ACP, glass, PVC ceilings, and bamboo lighting by Mianzi—makes the design not only environmentally sensitive but also effortlessly elegant.
Every material, form, and fixture has a reason—and together, they narrate a story of mindful living in a fast-changing world.
The TRIADS Experience
More than just a resort, The TRIADS is a place to slow down, to reconnect with geometry and nature, and to live within a space where nothing is wasted and everything has meaning. It’s architecture as retreat, design as wellness, and minimalism as luxury.
